Please find the meeting minutes below: 

 - Participants: Yi, Elke, Te-Chuan, Gerard, Krishen, Pristhwish, Han-Sheng, Mike, Jianing 

 - News: There are some issues on polysilicon in the second batch of the sensor from NDL, and they are reworking on it. Yi's student, Chen-Wei Lee, will finish the training next Tuesday and he will focus on the sensor development. 

 - Hybrid, T-Board, inner signal cable: NCKU just received the final design of the mechanical structure, Han-Sheng will provide the drawing (PDF) file with the dimensions to Jianing. 

                      Mike is waiting for the ETA date for the connectors. 

 - Mechanical Structure: same as the previous one.

 - Simulation: Te-Chuan figure out the issue (the definition of the mother volume) of the strange hit maps and the new results are more reasonable (check the slides). Krishen and Te-Chuan will meet together this evening. 

 - Others: We need to check the IST cooling system. Yi's student can help on it. 

                Prithwish is working on the IST test at BNL and just order the electronic board.
