Therefore, I would suggest that the tail length of outer hybrid increase 1~2 mm.

Thanks for the reply.
So the height difference between T-board and outer hybrid can be elevated to 6.2 mm (increased by 2.1 mm), while the height difference between inner hybrid and T-board will be decreased to 5.35 mm (7.45 - 2.1 = 5.35 mm). Is that right?
As for the tail length of inner hybrid, the distance between the center of connector and the center of circle is 304.75 mm in current design, and this dimension is 301.75 mm (295 + 6.75 = 301.75 mm) for mechanical structure, as shown in the pdf file "FST all element 0712 compositions ncku-2".
For the tail length of outer hybrid, the distance between the center of connector and the center of circle is 312.25 mm in current design, which is the same as that for mechanical structure(295 + 17.25 = 312.25 mm). And the height difference between outer hybrid and T-board can be used to place the connectors exactly.
It seems that the tail lengths are enough for the connection. Would you like to give me your suggestions?

Han-ShengThe height difference between T-board and outer hybrid, indeed, is 4.1 mm.
However we can elevate the height difference to 6.2 mm by some washers behind T-board (see the pdf file:" FST all element 0712 compositions ncku-1"), and in doing so , the connector A (on your last slide) will be elevated as well; considering the tail of inner hybrid is flexible in space, the connector A should be able to link inner hybrid.
For the tail lengths of hybrids, I was wondering if they are enough to link connectors, fixed on the T-board (see the pdf file:" FST all element 0712 compositions ncku-2").Thanks!

Thanks for the documents.
The latest documents of dimensions and CAD files for hybrids and T-board can be found in the attachments. Please double check.
Some dimensions have been updated, which are highlighted in red in the document ("190712_Dimensions of hybrids & T-board in new design.pdf") and are also listed below.
T-board:
1. The diameter of four mechanical holes is increased to 2 mm.
2. The location of two mechanical holes is modified. The distance from them to the long side is increased from 1.55 mm to 5.55 mm.
Inner hybrid:
1. The tail length is increased by 3 mm, as there is a height difference between the inner hybrid and T-board.
Since the height difference is 7.45 mm and the height of two connected male and female connectors is about 6.2 mm, the tail length must be increased by 1.25 mm at least. In current design, the tail length is increased by 3 mm to ensure the connection.
Outer hybrid:
No change.
But I am a little confused. The height difference between T-board and outer hybrid seems to be 4.1 mm (Am I right?), but the height of two connected connectors is about 6.2 mm. Is that enough to place the connectors?
Please correct me if there is any misunderstanding.
