There will be a change in the funding strategy, namely, the funds for 
production Silicon sensor purchase will be provided through BNL/DOE. Flemming 
will join the project as a deputy manager to oversee the financial and 
scheduling, and a local BNL contact for cooling system and integration.

Some action items:
Integration - Rahul will produce an integration proposal to include the 
service components (cables and cooling tubes) by the end of this month. Rahul 
will think of what are required and how to install a FST module into STAR 
during the 2020 run.

Mechanical structure - Yi will look into the outgassing, radiation hardness 
and radiation length of the glue that is proposed to mount the hybrids onto 
the mechanical structures, and those of the soft tubes for cooling.
