	Also - I was really under the impression that the Fermilab wire bonding experts 
had reviewed at least one of Jianing's desgns. Was there at that time no mention 
of a need for a test pad? That is disappointing. I can understand the benerit of 
having such a test pad - especially if it was so done on IST.
	The large pads maybe could be used but we may have to reduce the number of real 
bond wires put to them in that case. Maybe it is ok, I don't know.
