Dear Yi ,
thanks for posting. I see you added acceptance criteria. I do think a 
final grading
would be a useful thing to do. E.g. for the iTPC we graded final sectors 
according to an ABC
scale
Grade modules like A,B,C. C== do not use, B=spares if needed  A= all 
good.
This would give you a way depending on numbers how far down you would go 
, as example use some B's for next step.
