Zhenyu,

I think we need to dedicated a large fraction on addressing the creating float.

I suggest that for all the different items, hybrid, module, ….. we go through what takes most time in the individual production and can it be made faster.

We need also to discuss how to approach the FNAL with BNL IO recommendation.

In general I’m a bit puzzled I have not gotten a response from FNAL on my email to them.
