Minutes

Cooling system: New pump, and control unit installed, running for 4 hours w/o 
trips

Integration: Felix sent Rahul all the drawings last Friday. Rahul will review 
the drawings, and move to tolerance-type analysis. Will send the drawings to 
machine shop before finishing tolerance-type analysis.
Received inner ring from Yi Wednesday afternoon, the quality looks bad, can 
open up the holes, may work for us, 
-> Increase the width by half an mm on both sides, may add washer if needed. 
Felix will update the drawings
 
Mechanical structure:
Thermal grease: radiation damage test finished today, results look ok. Will 
report next week
Thermal camera to check hybrid gluing: still trying 
 
Hybrid and T-board
10 sets in 2 weeks, 50 sets in 3-4 weeks
T-board modifications look ok, Gerard will take a look at the layout
Add T-board test-fit in MS production procedure
 
Gerard plans to visit UIC possibly in the later portion of next week, plan to 
stay for two days to investigate the noise
 
BNL test stand: pedestal without HV, should including it in the STAR 
plan/request 
 
DAQ integration test: agreed on the dates, beginning from Nov 30th
