Minutes:

Production status:
Hybrids: 10 sets at the end of this week, 50 more in 2-3 weeks (10/5)
T-boards: waiting for Gerard's sign-off
Mechanical structure: expect first MS from EASTON on 9/25
Cooling tubes: AIDC already made 50, 30 more underway
Silicon sensors: order still at BNL, should be out very soon

Split HV between inner and outer sensors:
Zhenyu: tested at UIC the modified ABC and inner signal cables which allow 
separate HV for inner and outer. The pedestals look reasonable. 
Flemming: we can go ahead with the modifications to the rest of the ABC 
boards. 
Flemming: what is the maximum HV?
Zhenyu: 150V

Patch Panel Boards:
Mike: 11 boards found in sealed bag. Will check them together with the other 
36s taken from the experiment.
Zhenyu: there were some minor changes made to the IST PPBs to reduce 
sensitivity to temperature in Run15. Are these with the changes?
Flemming will ask Gerrit.

Fermilab contract:
Had a meeting last Monday. Will get a new estimate and proceed with contract 
amendment
