Minutes 

Integration - Rahul
cooling level 43%->35% two weeks, reasonable 
will send to machine shop after checking Felix’s drawings, 
Felix will send more picture on cable strain-relief, and check the clearance 
of FST to the beam pipe 
Will not increase the width of the 3D-printed inner ring, but increase the 
size of the hole on the ring

Mechanical structure - Yi
Received 200 sets of MS from EASTON, measured one set randomly picked, 
flatness look reasonable, inner/outer parts are ~300 microns longer, so in 
total 600-700 microns longer for the whole module. Possible consequence: 
reduced clearance to the beam pipe (how much? Felix will check), fit with 
integration inner ring (Yi, can remake the ring if necessary)
Received 55 cooling tubes from AIDC. Still 35 more to come
Radiation test of thermal grease shows no degrading 

Hybrid - Maowu
Received and QC'ed 10 sets inner/outer hybrids. Saw one bump on the inner 
hybrid but no problem with QC test -> send to NCKU
70 more outer hybrids produced by vendor. 
Need to remake the 70 inner hybrids, 3-4 weeks -> Maowu will check if partial 
delivery is possible 

T-board - Maowu
Produce 10 boards now -> BNL received 97 T-board connectors and Mike will 
send them to SDU
Wait for Gerard’s sign off to make the rest

Production module assembly
storage boxes: 3 weeks for prototype, 12 per week for production 
tooling: UIC machine shop
Laser test stand: seeing the signals from FST, will take some data this week
BNL test stand: Prithwish/Yu can come three days a week. 

DAQ integration test 
Plan on starting the test in the week after Thanksgiving.
Xu plans on coming to BNL on Nov 16
