Minutes:

Maowu: 38 T-board assembled last Thursday, may be able to finish the testing 
this week
 
Yi: 8 MS made last week, 6 are good. Will do the final QA for the last two 
and send 10 more good ones to US. Will summarize the MS production

Ye: two extra sets of module assembly tooling ready, working on 4 modules 
simultaneously per day in the last few days. Now at Module #2x. Issues in 
readout that seem to be associated with grey cables is reported by Xu. 

Rahul: expect to receive pieces from BNL machine shop in a week, and will 
resume the support structure assembly in the clean room. In order to center 
the tooling in the cone, with the previous design we need to use the support 
structure with modules removed. Without making another set of them, Felix 
will redesign some of the pieces so that the rings/rails can be centered in 
the cone w/o the support structure. Felix is busy for making sTGC drawings 
for a few weeks, will get back to this for FST afterwards
