Hi Zhenyu,

We are running the unit already. It's a big hassle turnig off everything and 
draining. And then I'll have to order helium to a pressure/flow test with it. 
We can do it may be after we move the unit in the cleanroom.

Hi Rahul,

I was under the impression that leakage check through helium gas detector is 
a standard method, which was done for IST. Is this something we will include 
in the leakage check for FST cooling system, prior to filling it with NOVEC?
