One comment on Shenghui's report (p4): 

I've talked to the company (AIDC) who made these tubes for us.

They were surprised to see this since they did carefully and performed leakage tests for all tubes. 

They also checked all the pictures Zhenyu sent to me and they told me that: the filling is still thick and attached on the tube, to disconnect it will need strong external force, for example using pliers to twist it or having strong vibration (like rocket launch). 

I was also surprised that since I personally checked and packed all the modules before shipping to UIC. I also put them into the DHL box and took the box to the DHL by myself so I was sure that they didn't touch the module during the inspection.  

I've checked all the rest modules in my hand and all of them are fine. This issue is a bit scary, so I hope we can find out the reason. 

One question for Shenghui, did you 100% sure that this connector was missed when you opened the DHL box? The picture shows that it is already in the storage box so I am not sure when you observed this is missed. 

Of course, one possible reason is that his box was hit by something during the transportation. If it is the case, we should inform the DHL. 

Apologize again that the regular FST meeting time (8:30 pm in Taiwan) is really bad to me recently, so I couldn't join the discussion.
