Thanks for the info. Does the controller provide some monitoring or status flag that we can use to monitor the status of the communication?

This is the follow-up email for the FST cooling system controlling issues we presented this morning.

We accessed STAR and power cycled the FST cooling crate, and the issue is fixed.

For more details, we found we lost the connection to the "ADAM-6017" controller, that's why we lost the readout for flow speed and so on. 

Another controller in the crate (ADAM-6052) is working fine, thus we can still control the chiller and pump. So it's not an IOC software issue.
