From the look of it, it's not "flowing", and Christian said the grease starts softening at around 35 C.

My guess is that we probably put a bit too much on some of the heat sinks (still surprised...). 

Can you tell if this overflew thermal paste is still flowing (or moving)? 

If it is not going to damage the sensor, I would navially think that we don't need to wipe them off (maybe). I am a bit concerned about the thermal contact between the tube and heat sink (probably fine, we have the tube holder to physically put them together).
