Dear Zhenyu and Yi,

thanks, so your adhesives are having largely the same performance as I expected do not go beyond 40^oC.
So backing out with the Silicon close to the beam pipe is excluded.
So we need to find a way to increase the distance between the beam pipe and the Silicon or do not bake out which has a terrible impact on the background.

The temperature at which the epoxy adhesive changes from a rigid glassy state to a more pliable form is known as Tg. This thermal property acts as a good guideline of the ability of an adhesive product to stand up to sustained exposure to high temperatures.

However, the spec of LOCTITE EA 9359.3 AERO (for PEEK-to-PEEK) mentions that the "service temperature" is 93 C, but your conclusion of 40 degree C is not affected.

They have the following glass transition temperatures

Araldite 2011 for Hybrid-to-PEEK
Tg ca. 45 degree C

LOCTITE EA 9359.3 AERO for PEEK-to-PEEK
Tg ~51 degree C

LOCTITE ABLESTIK 2902 for Silicon-to-Hybrid
Tg 52 degree C

TDR11-1100 for Silicon-to-Hybrid
Tg 85 degree C

I would avoid having temperature above 40 degree C.
