Please find the meeting minutes below. We would like to have the first complete FST paper draft before December holidays.

Minutes: Gavin, Flemming, Maowu, Te-Chuan, Zhenyu, Ziyue

1. Deadline for the first complete draft - December 21

2. FST raw hits are included in StEvent and Must - Te-Chuan

3. Data quality - Te-Chuan
Will separate ZS and Non-ZS data to check online/offline ZS thresholds
Will add definitions and info about cold channels
Will contact Xu to get the info on FST modules from QA/QC

4. Alignment - Gavin
Add results for outer sensor 38 only 
Look at residual distributions for outer sensors (and inner sensor) to see if it explains the negative DeltaU
When come to real detector (not MC), compare the relative position between the two outer sensors, and between the inner and outer sensors from alignment and from survey data 

5. Removal of FST for FXT installation - Flemming
The original installation plate is not wide enough to separate FST halves by 6 inches. Rahul will design a wider one.
