Hi All,

Wayne came to STAR this morning, and checked the cable connections and the network switch.

He can not find problem on his side.

But he found one thing suspicious is that there is an OMEGA unit labeled “TEC” has no power and the connected port on ADAM module also shows no signal (no light blinking, port 4 in the attached picture).

There is a MAC address labeled on the not working OMEGA unit, and he said this MAC address didn’t show on the network for a long time.

Unfortunately, we can not find the labels for the other working OMEGA unit, so we can not confirm this observation.

Subject: [Star-fst-l] Connection to tc-48 for FST cooling system

 

Dear Christian,

We are currently facing a problem of starting an IOC process for FST cooling system.
It looks like we lost the connection to the tc-48 in FST cooling rack.

The followings are the error message we got from the python code:
