Dear Xu,

It would be good to get this completed. At last discussion, there is a 
pretty good basis, but several sections need to have the next step i.e 
bringing them up to date. I can try in the next week (or less) to 
summarize where we stand, i.e. what has to be completed and who did at 
least initially agree to do this.
