Dear All, and in particular those who have already contributed or 
promised to contribute to a section in the paper.

We have discussed how to push this forward. Xu has kindly agreed to take 
the lead now. The aim is to have a complete draft in about two months 
ready for the FST and forward group, and to finalize the paper with 
another month or so.

The paper has quiet a bit of text already but some are a bit outdated, 
and others would helped by being more concise. Xu will send reminders on 
the current status of the section(s) you are responsible. We plan on 
meeting about once per month to follow up on progress
