The action items of FST NIM Paper could be found below:
- Flemming will merge Chapter 2 and 3
- Zhenyu will update Chapter 3 with current status and write Chapter 4
- Gavin will add production module test results to Chapter 7 and run23 status 
to Chapter 11
- The goal is to have a first completed draft before Thanksgiving this year.
