Dear Elke and all,

In brief FST is fully ready for data taking.

1. Time Bin Switch and Latency Adjustment: Successfully completed on May 1st and May 6th.

2. Max ADC Time Bin Plots: Currently centered and showing excellent results. Continuous monitoring is in place.

3. Reference Plots for Shift Crew: Updated on May 6th, with clear instructions provided to the team.

4. Cooling System: Operating smoothly with a leak rate of only 0.6%. The level is now stable at 70%.

5. Onsite Expert Support: This year, my student Souvik and I will be serving as onsite experts, available on-call and present at the daily 10 o'clock meetings.

6. FST Performance: Over the past two weeks, during the pp lumi run, the FST has operated without any significant issues.

it would be really important to know the FST is fully ready for the alignment run, which is planned soon and also all is set we can start the spin program.
