Summary:
1. FST NIM paper is still under review.
2. An access was made on 08/07/2024 to fix the communication issue of FST 
cooling rack.

Action items:
1. Prithwish will discuss with David the possibility of adding an alarm of 
FST TC48 communication error.
2. Prithwish will check with Tim about the spare TC48 board.
