Reviewers' comments:
Reviewer #1:
The authors did a very good job revising the publication, answering the reviewers' comments, adding the new information, and proof-reading the text. The manuscript in its current form is complete and informative.
Reviewer #2: The manuscript is significantly improved. There are few English errors and the comments by the reviewers are appropriately addressed. I do have a few comments that the authors may choose to address:
Line 101 - add "inactive region"
line 174 - changes "observed"
- What did the pull test entail?
I believe that the APV provides an analog data stream. How was this treated? In particular
was there an attempt to extract the coherent noise fluctuation on an event-by-event basis?
