Hi All,

Please find a draft agenda for the Tuesday Dec 6th meeting below. My 
apologies for not sending earlier in the week. Please let me know if there 
are any time conflicts that require rearranging  the order. I think the FCS 
people are mostly west coast, so I put you in the evening.  If you think you 
need significantly more or less time please let me know as well. And of 
course if I have missed anything, speak up.
