Hi All,

 

Due to several setbacks I have only just now posted a “checkpoint” version of the code on RCF, which you can find here:

/gpfs01/star/pwg_tasks/FwdCalib/jdb/checkpoint-02-14-2023

 

This code includes all updates available in github along with several other helpful things:

• BFC options for most FWD makers
• MuDST  support – fwd tracks and ECAL/HCAL matches
• Fixed sTGC geometry

 

What people can help me check:

• Is the FCSTrackMatchMaker working as expected (StEvent level)
• Are FwdTracks in StEvent and StMuDst consistent
• Are the ECAL and HCAL matches in StMuDst consistent with those in StEvent level
• Any other usability issues.

 

I realize people may not have time to test much before tomorrow’s meeting.

 

Reminder: README is in

StRoot/StFwdTrackMaker/macros/README.md

And scripts for running various types of jobs are in the

StRoot/StFwdTrackMaker/macros/{sim,daq,event,mudst} sub-folders

 

Please let me know if there are any questions.

 

ALSO – Jason has provide new material budget checking code. Lets discuss how to use it tomorrow
