Hi All,

 

Follow-up on todays meeting:

 

• I have made some progress on the StEvent issue. It seems that the issue are the vector<…> saved inside StFwdTrack. I modified these slightly and while I can generate and read back event.root files I still get the following error message:
• StIOMaker:ERROR - TBufferFile::CheckByteCount : object of class StEventClusteringHints read too few bytes: 1401 instead of 3177
• So I am continuing to investigate what is going on.
• As Owen pointed out, somehow my  fwd TTree had lost the “clear()” on several members and therefore was essentially giving corrupt data. So for the zero field data I need to see what the impact is on my recent results. New production should be ready soon.
• I’ll send another email with a new checkpoint and info when the next production finishes soon.
