Hi All,

In the FZD folder I see:

pythia_dybg_vz0/

pythia_dy_vz0/

pythia_JPsi_vz0/

pythia_jet_nofilter_vz0/

*I’d like to ask that whoever made these samples could add a README file in the directory with info about the pythia configuration used to generate (or a full script). *

As we prepare the paper and for testing it is crucial that we know exactly what each sample is and how to reproduce, while the names are pretty explanatory, I think this is still important.

Also, I am re-organizing the Pythia productions in /gpfs01/star/pwg_tasks/FwdCalib/PROD/

  • I am removing old pythia productions.
  • I am creating a “Pythia” folder
  • Sub-folders for each sample with names corresponding to the names in FZD folder ( e.g. “pythia_dy_vz0” )
  • In the future I am not planning to keep multiple versions of a production, unless there is a clear identifier for what changed (i.e. FST tracking only, EPD refit, …) in other words I wont have versions different by only a date.

Please let me know if you have any questions/comments.

Thanks!
