Can you re-create Mudst (read mudst -> create StEvent -> recreate Mudst on memory) and see if re-created Mudst on memory is also corrupt?

Then can you check out StMuDSTMaker, and change 

COMMON/StMuFcsUtil.cxx

Yes I think it is a problem reading/writing MuDsts around cluster-point associations….

I haven't seen anything wrong from StMuFcsAnaCheckFillClusPoint.
