Hi GPC,

I received Sevil's comments on the long paper last weekend.

I followed most of them and modified the long paper accordingly. 

Besides, I also added labels to the figures in the long paper [(a), (b), ...]. 

I linked Fig.9b to Group-2 SE, so as to be consistent with other figures. 

The files (e.g., annoted reply, revised draft, latexdiff, ...) have been uploaded to the drupal webpage:
