Hi GPC,

We have received the acceptance of the long paper from PhysRevC, while the short paper is still under review.
I think we should wait for the review results for the short paper before making a decision.
In the meantime, we will work on the editorial comments for the long paper.

I will also forward this email to starpapers-l later.

If you have any comments, please let us know.

Sincerely,
Yicheng for the PAs

Dear Dr. Feng,

We intend to publish this manuscript as a Regular Article in Physical Review C,
but cannot proceed due to the problems indicated below. Please address these
and submit suitable file(s) via https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url="https%3A%2F%2Fauthors.aps.org%2FSubmissions%2F&data=05%7C02%7Cfeng216%40purdue.edu%7Ce2cb225246964c13e2dc08dc4cd90a9e%7C4130bd397c53419cb1e58758d6d63f21%7C0%7C0%7C638469742274846571%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=o4VtHDr8QDt8jJXPHeXbWTbVPpSoM%2BEbBMYxIlaZWzw%3D&reserved=0 so we may

PROBLEMS WITH MANUSCRIPT:

Figure(s) [3, 11]
Please increase the font size (axis labels, axis scale values,
legend, etc.). Please ensure that all lettering is 2 mm or larger
(1.5 mm for superscripts and subscripts) after scaling to the final
publication size. Note that the column width is 8.6 cm (twice that
amount plus gutter for extra wide figures).

Figure(s) [6]
Please put units in parentheses (following the quantity plotted):
     "(%)"

Figure captions:

Thank you for providing citations in the figure captions.  Please use
this opportunity to verify that all citations in the figures themselves
appear also in the figure captions.  (It not only helps readers, it also
helps ascertain that the Bibliography is complete at each stage of the
writing and publication process.)

For clarity, you may wish to slightly expand the caption text, e.g.,
in Fig. 4 caption, "from [...] and Ref. [25]" ==> "from [...] and the
cited Ref. [25]".  (Similarly in other figures.)

Companion PRL paper:

If you resubmit soon, then please let us know about your plans for the
PRL companion paper LK18767 and how its fate will likely affect the
present full PRC paper CK10905.

Author list:

Please submit the final author list and confirm that it has been approved
by the Council of the STAR Collaboration as the complete and viable list
of coauthors who should appear on the present paper.

In that regard, we have on record that on January 25,
2023 the collaboration leadership sent PRC a detailed
explanation of how the authorship had been determined for
several previous STAR papers, including CX10750 [published as
https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url="http%3A%2F%2Flink.aps.org%2Fdoi%2F10.1103%2FPhysRevC.107.034907&data=05%7C02%7Cfeng216%40purdue.edu%7Ce2cb225246964c13e2dc08dc4cd90a9e%7C4130bd397c53419cb1e58758d6d63f21%7C0%7C0%7C638469742274868095%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=YM1Wqi5D9GQOUycHuTrfwRUS%2BlyEogXksW7wr2A%2BZtU%3D&reserved=0].  (That was in
response to our request of January 18, 2023.)

Please confirm that those explanations of the council's  deliberation
process apply also for the present paper.
