We made some small changes on the short paper for the latest comments. 

We plan to transfer this short paper to Physical Review Research, as suggested by the editors.

Hi GPC and Sooraj, 

As suggested by the PRC and PRResearch editors, 

we modified the short paper for isobar CME according to the referee B's comments from the previous PRL review. 

The changes are only some statements about the B-field direction and HIJING charge conservation. 

To speed up the procedure, I used the same author list and acknowledgment as the long paper. 

Sooraj, please let us know whether we could use this author list here.
