Hello Hard probes folks,

In accordance with our poll, we fix Thursday at 10 am ET (BNL time) for 
our regular HP-pwg meeting.

Besides, we also keep a reserved day (Tuesday at 10 am ET) that is only 
upon prior announcement.
On this reserved day, we plan to invite theorists and other experimental 
(other collaboration) experts to discuss their work/calculations 
relating to our STAR hard probes program. This reserved day is also 
helpful to have HP-pwg analysis discussion if it is required.

Let's meet this Thursday at 10 am ET (BNL time) for our first HP-pwg 
meeting.
