Hello Sonia

Since your talk covers both STAR and PHENIX results, I suggest that we treat 
it as a private invited talk, i.e. WITHOUT "on behalf of STAR and PHENIX 
collaborations", even though you are selected by the STAR talk committee. 
Therefore, you do not need any official approval from STAR. Of course, people 
are welcome to send you their comments, and it is up to you to take them.
