As you know Tong is also in my group, so if possible can he also speak on 
Tues morning or Wed. If totally necessary it’s fine for Tong to speak without 
me there, but it’s more efficient for everyone if I also hear the convener 
input if possible.

Sorry, but I teach lab on Tues afternoons this semester and it’s only week 2 
so too soon to skip a class
