Hello HP PAs,

If you have any paper proposal plan in coming 1-2 months or already 
finished PWGC review and waiting for GPC formation or you are waiting 
for PWGC review, please let us know mentioning your current status and 
reason for the delay. We, as conveners, will push for your paper to next 
stage and find a best way to move forward at earliest at our best. And 
we need your cooperation in this regards.

It will certainly help us (particularly for Sooraj who will give HP-pwg 
review at this collaboration meeting )to work accordingly to push for 
your paper to next stage.
