Hello HP-folks,

We convey our sincere message to you that we will not accept any last-time preliminary request or presentation approval in the future. As we discussed several times in PWG(C) before, we will be strict in this respect for upcoming conference/workshops.
So please do not send any presentation or preliminary request approval at the last time (for example 6-7 days before any conference); all these procedures (preliminary request for results/plots and sending pressentation to HP-pwg) should be finished 15 days before the beginning of the conference/workshop; this is PAs' job to push for it.

For upcoming (major) conferences/workshops like Hard probes 2023, etc. we will stick with this time scale. Let's please reciprocate on this matter.
