Hi Everyone,
I thought I should spread the word about two shout-outs our HP graduate students had this past week.
1) The program director for experimental nuclear physics at the NSF (Allen Opper) called out Tristan’s Isobar jet flow result as one of the exciting new results in the field during the Business meeting of DNP
2) Youqi’s omnifold results where just used at the ML4Jets conference as evidence of a “trustworthy and unbiased” use of the software to study jets.
It's great to see our results being emphasized by people outside of STAR.
Helen
