Hello Andrew,

Thank you for implementing my comments.
I have a few additional comments below.

L6: "Other time information" Not clear what is other time besides "split formation time" ?
L23: "The response of the EEC to selections on jet pT …. 15 GeV/c to 50 GeV/c" ->" The EEC of full jet pT will be shown in a kinematic range from 15 to 50 GeV/$\it c$ using the STAR barrel calorimeter detectors and time projection chamber. "
L25: "… PYTHIA 6, a Monte Carlo event generator." -> "… PYTHIA-6." (If it is STAR tune, then mention it please)

Cheers
Nihar

Hello Barbara and Nihar

Thank you for the comments! I have implemented both of your
suggestions. I included split formation time as an example of time
information that soft drop and the lund plane extract. I have also
listed PYTHIA 6 as the monte carlo generator I am using for
comparisons.

Please let me know if you have any more comments

Best,
Andrew

Hello Andrew,

Please find my comment on your nice abstract.

L6: "extract time information " -> please mention what time
information.
Do you mean "formation time of parton shower" ?
L12:"… jet evolution .." -> the jet evolution
L14: "infrared and collinear " -> "infrared-and-collinear "
L21: "data from" -> "the data from"; "in p+p collisions"
L22: for the detector effect;
"a Monte Carlo event generator " -> better to mention what are
those
generators or models?

Please give some information how do you select jet in pp and what
kinematic range you plan to present.

Cheers
Nihar
