1) As I can see this is exactly the same abstract as your APS abstract. 
right?

That is fine but if you could change the title and/or text a bit that 
would be good.

2) Please submit this abstract through Drupal meeting page as you have 
done before. All the STAR abstract/talk needs to be documented.
