Dear All,

I have prepared first draft of STAR highlight presentation at HP2023.
I would like to inform you that this presentation will be voiced by 
Joern Putschke (Thank you, Joren, for agreeing and for your support) and 
I will discuss with him on these slides this week too.

As you can find many plots are not yet final and still under discussion 
for "STAR preliminary" approval, so these plots will be updated soon 
(and possible physics interpretations).
Besides there are some typos and wording need to be refined which will 
be done in coming days.
