Hi Nihar--

I agree that dropping VPD10 makes sense.  After all, it was specifically
tuned with the HFT in mind.  But beyond that, I'm not sure that I
understand the reasoning behind your BHT1 and BHT2 requests.

On the one hand, there is a small, but finite chance that a 3K DAQ rate
with the minbias bandwidth limited to monitor triggers (because we are
going to record 20B much higher quality MB events under low lumi
conditions) will enable us to record BHT1*VPD100 without a prescale.  If
that proves to be possible, then there would be no point in BHT2*VPD100.

On the other hand, if BHT1*VPD100 still needs to be prescaled, why not
narrow the vertex requirement to record the "best" events with the
smallest possible prescale?
