Hi Andrew,

Thanks a lot for the nice poster. I have some minor comments for your consideration. 

 - General: The way of adding references is unusual, but it is okay to me. I would suggest making them in the same font size. 

 - Motivation: 

     - Try to use "-->" instead of "->" in Smaller angle -> later time. This will give you a prettier (to me) arrow. :-) 

     - GEANT 3 --> GEANT3

 - EEC:

     - Is it possible to move "Ei" up, so they can be in the same line?
