Dear All,

Grigory Nigmatkulov had expressed his desire to step down as the centrality group coordinator, as he is busy with other projects now. Gang Wang (UCLA) has kindly agreed to be the new coordinator for the centrality group. Gang will start as coordinator immediately. Grigory will continue as co-coordinator till Dec 1, 2023 to ensure a smooth transition

We will also have Vinh Luong (JINR) joining as a new code maintainer for the centrality group. Zach Sweger and Grigory will also continue as code maintainers

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Grigory for his valuable contribution for the past 5 years as the centrality group coordinator. This was a lot of work and saw the calibration efforts for many different systems including isobar, BES-II and FXT collisions
