Hi Nihar,

Many thanks for your detailed feedback. Please find my answers below.
  1. S4 in the updated version has more specific indication about the strong interaction parameters.
  2. S6 shows ALICE correlation plots as reference of first study of charm-meson and light-hadron femtoscopy using pp system. We took the conclusion from their corresponding publication (https://arxiv.org/pdf/2401.13541, page 19, section 5, "Finally, the measured interactions suggest that the rescattering probability of charm mesons with light hadrons in the hadronic phase of the system produced in ultrarelativistic collisions is small.")
  3. S8, I have dE/dx plot from my own analysis but those are for selected hadron only (unfortunately I am facing some library mismatching issue since last few weeks and not able to submit jobs, so can't produce required plots right now)
  4. S12 and S13 are modified with updated plots using similar colour scheme in both. I updated the D0-K plots lately but as I know that preliminary plots can't be changed anymore, so I am not sure about implementing your suggestion regarding re-binning. Please correct me if I misunderstood the rule.
  5. S14, c(K*) in the first bin has largest error bar, so although the mean value at that bin is <1 but due to large sigma value, we can't make a decisive conclusion as the C(k*) could lie within 3-sigma range.
  6. As we don't have any reference theory model prediction for proton, so we can't quantify the conclusion in S14.

    Regards,
    Priyanka

Hello Priyanka,

Please find my comments on your nice presentation slides.

Slide4: …final-state strong interaction parameters: -> Can you please
mention also what are those "final-state strong interaction parameters"
in the equation-2 or 3?
Better to point out.
Besides, I am ok with having these equations, but it is not clear what
are all these parameters like z, x, R, etc? you may try to mention if
possible.

Slide6: 2nd bullet "…ALICE measurement suggests small strong
interactions in the hadronic phase of heavy-ion collision" -> But the
two plots are for pp. How they are linked? Do you have ALICE HIC
reference?

Slide8: do not you have dE/dX and beta plots from your analysis?

Slide12: Probably this we discussed before, some k* bins have abruptly
smaller sys uncertainty like 2nd, 4th and 7th bins from left? Can you
make it uniform across adjacent bins? Just take average of two adjacent
bins.

Inside fig,  P_k  -> p_k

Slide 12 and 13: for 2 and 5fm HMChPT calculation, make band color the
same. They are swapped between these slides.

Slide14: "We do not observe significant correlations between 𝐷0Τ𝐷0 − 𝑝±
pairs" -> Not sure if that is true after seeing at below K*<0.05. Is
there any way to quantify it?

Best
Nihar
