Hello hp-pwg,

As HP2024 approaches, we request all HP2024 presenters to regularly 
present their work at upcoming HP-pwg meetings.

Please note that the tentative dates for the Analysis meeting are 
September 9 - 11, 2024.

We look forward to receiving all new "STAR preliminary" requests and 
approvals before September 9 (between the last week of August and the 
first week of September).

At the Analysis meeting, HP2024 presenters (both talk and poster) are 
requested to present their preliminary HP2024 presentation slides (or 
address any remaining issues related to their results/plots, etc.) with 
physics interpretation.

We also request all PAs to cooperate by submitting their 
presentations/posters in advance through Drupal to avoid last-minute 
hassles for their approval from PWG and STARtalk before HP2024.
