Please also send your presentation slides a few hours before the meeting.

Keep in mind that if you are presenting a talk or poster at Hard Probes that you have been scheduled to give an update at the analysis meeting this Tuesday or Wednesday, so please let us know if you need to be rescheduled. 

Lastly, please post any remaining preliminary requests ASAP, as well as your talk or poster draft to drupal so we have enough time to give you feedback and approve the materials.
