Hi Ondrej,

Thanks for the update. A few more comments on the new version.

- L19: "The interplay of these two mechanisms" - the jet is not really due the interplay of these effects, it's due to radiation that is always there, even in p+p
- L20: I would remove: "This concept is ambiguous since it is reconstruction algorithm dependent. "
- L21, 28:  p+p ->  $p$+$p$
- L23: flavor-dependent -> mass-dependent (there is also flavor dependence but due to the Casimir factor, which tell us gluons should lose more energy than quarks)
- L29: by the CMS collaboration -> at the LHC
- L43: pT [GeV/c] < 10 -> pT < 10 GeV/c
- L46: and HFT (that's important part of the D0 reconstruction)
- L46: combinatorial background -> combinatorial D0 background (not to mix with combinatorial jets)
- L46: suppressed -> subtracted
- L65: Fig. 2 -> Fig. 2 left
- L66: at RHIC energies. -> at the top RHIC energy of 200 GeV
- L67: and 2 -> and 2 left
area -> areas
- L70: with the peripheral events -> with the yield in peripheral events
- Figure 2 right: I would rather show comparison on different lambda in the central collisions - especially that it's what you write in the abstract
- L73: depending -> that depend
- L77: p+p -> $p$+$p$
- L85: The raw data results -> The raw data results after background subtraction
- L86:  Fig. 2 ->  Fig. 2 right
- L87: distribution -> distributions
- L88: the 2D Bayesian unfolding is required. -> 2D or higher-dimensional unfolding is required, and work on this is currently ongoing
- L94: at RHIC energies -> at \sqrt{s_NN} = 200 GeV
- L96: remove "generally"
yield for -> yield in
- L99: remove "a hint of different λ11  distributions across various centralities"
Just write, In order to draw physical conclusions, unfolding (remove "Bayesian"), D0 meson reconstruction efficiency .... need to be included.

Cheers,
Barbara

Hi Barbara,
thank you for your comments, I addressed all of them:

1. Section 3: here you need to add a few sentences: describe more what each plot on Fig. 1 shows, give some conclusions, write a few words about the model and what is the conclusion from its comparison to the data. Moving what you have in the summary should be enough, and at the end you can just briefly write what was measured.
->  I moved the part in the summary to Chapter 2 and slightly reformulated it.
2. L84: Is it RCP(∆r) ? I think ∆r for it's just a ratio, please check
-> No, it is not RCP(∆r) You are right. I rewrote all sentences related to these ratios.
3. If you make the Fig. 2 smaller, you could also fit the R_CP vs pT figure next to it (I would actually make an order R_CP vs pT, z and then the delta r distributions). And you can then consider shortening the generalized angularties text, if you exceed 4 pages.
-> Done.
4. References: you probably don't need doi.
-> It was written as an example in the template, but the others do not have it either. I deleted them and saved a few lines. :)

Hi Ondrej,

Nice proceedings. Please find below a few comments

Hi Yi,

thank you very much for your suggestions, I addressed all comments:
1. General: It would be nice to have a part briefly introducing STAR, like TPC, around Section II...
-> I added information about the detectors to Chapter 2 (As I reached the 4-page limit, I do not have much space for a longer introduction)
2. L49: reference for DGLAP equation
-> Added
3. L54: Please define R_CP first.
-> Added
4. L57: It would be nice to have a conclusion on the model comparison.
-> I added to the summary sentence about concluding the model comparison. (Again the 4-page limit)

Hi Ondrej,

Thanks a lot for the nice proceedings and sorry for the late reply.
I have some minor comments for your consideration.
- General: It would be nice to have a part briefly introducing STAR, like TPC, around Section II...
- L49: reference for DGLAP equation?
- L54: Please define R_CP first.
- L57: It would be nice to have a conclusion on the model comparison.

Cheers,
Yi
