Dear All,

All abstracts for oral presentations from STAR for Quark Matter 2025 will be submitted centrally by the PAC. Please dont submit them individually. Once the abstracts are signed off please also attach a plain text version in latex format to the drupal page

Please follow the merge suggestions from conveners and submit your abstracts to the drupal interface as early as possible.

Poster abstracts will be submitted individually by the PAs, once signed off by PWG and PAC. PAs whose abstracts are merged are encouraged to submit poster abstracts

QM organizers have allowed a two week extension of deadline for the submission of abstracts from STAR. This gives us enough time to go through the review of all abstracts. Please submit your abstracts, following the merge suggestions from the PWG conveners, to the drupal interface at the earliest
