Firstly, apologize for the delay in getting back to you and thanks for providing your thoughtful comments. Please find my updated version here.
Here are the answers of your questions.

P4: Yes, the production mechanism means D0 hadronization process

P7: The ref. plots calculated for p+p system. In final state, strong interaction doesn't depend on the charge, so we can expect similar outcome (very small scattering length) from D0-charged hadron correlation in Au+Au system

P12: As I didn't use the whole dataset from Run 14, I was asked to mention the no. of events in previous times. We think, information in first 3 lines are needed.

P14: This question is not very clear to me. If you are referring about the spin states of D0 and hadron, we considered both with same spin states.

P15: Here, I mention about D_S0^* (2317) state as it is a bound state of DK channels and in theory prediction, we can see its presence. So, to clarify the fact that in our Data, why we can't see such resonance state, I introduced this point
-
P19: I would like to keep it as "and" instead of "or" because it was suggested to keep the conclusion like this previously. Also, our conclusion holds both points mentioned in bullet no. 2.

Page 4, what is the production mechanism you mentioned here? If I
understand correctly, do you mean the D0 hadronization process ?
Page 6, a reference should for this page.
Page 7, Title: D-hadron femtoscopy in p+p at LHC
Small values of apiD (scattering length )…, It is in p+p not
heavy-ion collision right ?
Possibility to … source size or length of homogeneity in
A+A system.
Page 12: you do not need all dateset information, please remove it
Page 13: remove Good S/B ratio for D0 signal pT>1 GeV/c
Page 14: How did you deal with the pair spin?
