Hi Sijie,

Thanks for addressing the comments. I see that Nihar asked you to remove the phrase starting “As the data is unique…”. I agree that the particular phrase used is not exactly the way I would have written it, but I still think the idea is important. But rather than the data themselves being unique, we should be emphasizing that these are the first of these *measurements* in this system. So please try something like “In this talk, we present the first measurements in O+O collisions of the following three observables related to jet quenching: …using data collected with the STAR detector in 2021 at $\sqrt{s_{NN}} = 200$ GeV” or something like that.

22. I would move the last sentence to before “The pT and centrality differential…” because you finish there with what we learn with specifically the OO measurements, then have two sentences about the broader applicability by comparing to other results.

Hi Sijie and Meowu,

Thank you for this nice merged abstract.

I have two comments below, with these implemented I sign off.

Title: "Investigation..." -> "Measurement... ";
at STAR -> by STAR [multiple use of at]
_ "As the data is unique in the near future,"  -> Not needed. Remove it.
_ "...future, these measurements represents a..." -> These measurements provide a...

Hi Sijie and Maowu,
See below for some comments on your nice merged abstract.
Thanks,

4. “Jet quenching — modifications to the energy… — serves as
a… (dashes rather than commas)
12. “And O+O collisions”
21. Similar comment as I had on the APS abstract: "I understand why
you wrote this, but I would remove the last clause “and are
complementary…”. Of course it will be great to see OO results at
LHC energies as well, and compare to the extent possible. However, I
think your abstract should highlight that these data are unique in
the world for the near future, and yours would be the first
measurement of its kind to be done in OO anywhere. When the LHC has
taken OO data in 2025, they can write in their abstracts that they
are complementary to existing measurements at RHIC.” — In this
case, I would recommend removing the last sentence and mentioning
instead that these measurements are unique, as I mention above ^^.
